Why CIC conduct progress report? Why not examination system?
It is too early to evaluate our preschoolers through test and examination. Test or exam papers are limited to describe the potential of our children. It is also not right to give them marks at the beginning of their education process and what more to rank them in class. Therefore for evaluation of our preschoolers, CIC applies individual progress evaluation which is called Progress Report. By this, a child is not competing with others but within himself.

However for 6 year old kids, we do conduct test or final assessment at end of the semester, just to expose the children on how to face the test as a preparation before entering the primary school since primary school conduct exam. It is also not to rank them but to check their understanding and capabilities. By this we can help them overcoming their weaknesses and strengthening their potentials.
